Terms & Conditions
Quotations & pricing
All quotes are valid for the period stated and are subject to availability and exchange-rate movements until confirmed and paid. Prices shown online are indicative 'from' rates per person sharing.
Deposits & payment
A deposit confirms your booking; the balance is due by the date stated on your invoice. Bookings are only confirmed once payment reflects in our account and suppliers issue confirmation.
Cancellations & changes
Cancellation and amendment fees are set by the airlines, hotels and operators involved and are passed through at cost, plus our administration fee. Written notice is required for any change.
Travel documents
Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits and vaccinations. We advise on requirements in good faith but cannot be held liable for refused entry or denied boarding.
Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended on every booking and is compulsory on selected safari and adventure itineraries.
Liability
Nulane Travel & Tourism acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, lodges and transfer operators and is not liable for loss, delay, injury or damage caused by those suppliers or by events beyond our control.
